We make one thing: injection-moulded protective cases for equipment that has to work after being dropped, stacked, rained on and handed to someone who did not pack it. The range runs from a 0.3-litre accessory box to a 139-litre wheeled transport case, in PP and ABS, with wall thickness published on every model.

Most enquiries are solved with an existing shell and a cut foam interior — no tooling, no four-month wait. The dimension match engine filters all 155 models on internal length, width and height against your envelope plus clearance, and ranks them by unused volume, slack, mass and features.

Moulding

What we publish, and what we do not
Every model carries measured external and internal dimensions, wall thickness, lid and base depth split, material grade and empty mass. Those are facts from our own production records.
An IP code, a drop height or a stack load is a test result on a specific assembly, not a property of a product family. Where you need one, we quote an accredited test against your exact configuration as a separate work package and the report is issued to you. We do not print a rating because a competitor does.

What is a military protective case?
A reusable, hard-shell container designed to store and transport equipment while reducing exposure to impact, dust, moisture and handling abuse. It combines an injection-moulded PP or ABS shell, a compressible seal between lid and base, hardware that carries the stacking and lifting load, and a shaped foam interior.
What information do you need to quote a protective case?
Equipment length, width, height and mass in the packed configuration; order quantity and estimated annual quantity; the application; required protection; foam, logo and colour preference; and target market. A drawing, CAD file, PDF or photograph shortens the first round.
What is the minimum order quantity?
From one unit for a stocked shell in a standard colour, including custom foam. From 300 units where a custom colour or logo requires a fixture or a dedicated resin batch. From 3,000 units per moulded component when a new mould is required.
How long does production take?
Forty-five days from confirmed drawing and deposit for OEM production on existing moulds. One hundred and twenty-five days when a new mould is required, covering mould design, machining, trial shots and dimensional sign-off.
What are your delivery terms?
EXW or FOB Zhongshan / Shenzhen. We do not offer retail sales, DDP terms or overseas-warehouse fulfilment; institutional buyers normally consolidate through their own forwarder.
Do your cases have an IP rating?
Not as a catalogue claim. Sealing is described by construction — continuous rim, gasket channel, latch count and wall thickness. Where a rating is required we quote an accredited test against the exact model and configuration, and the report is issued to you.
Can we audit the factory?
Yes. Third-party inspection and on-site factory audit by appointment are welcome. We can show the mould store, the machine list with clamping tonnages, and batch inspection records.
Do you sell firearms or defence hardware?
No. KeXin manufactures protective cases and packaging only. Export licensing and transport compliance remain the responsibility of the buyer and their forwarder.
